As the Learning Program Manager for Fulfillment Centers (FCs), you will be the guardian of quality training at Earth's most customer-centric company! More specifically, you will be responsible for the creation and adoption of associate Training content and programs at Amazon's First Mile network.

As the Program Manager, you will be accountable for the program's roadmap, planning cycles, financial entitlement, strategy, structure, and content. You will oversee a team of field trainers to ensure the continued training and ops excellence of our associates and leaders at FC operations around the country.

Key job responsibilities
Your core activities and responsibilities include:
- Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all operational processes;
- Creating end-to-end training programs;
- Overseeing content creation and its continuous update;
- Performing audits to ensure continuous training adoption;
- Creating and reporting appropriate metrics that measure the program's success and adoption rates, per Amazon's standard processes;

A day in the life
You will be working closely with all Ops teams to offer support and expertise and gain an insight into bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. You will also work with your counterparts in other geographies to benchmark our processes and ensure conformity with Amazon Standard Work. You will be responsible for associate training, including onboarding on- and off-peak.

The Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is a team of highly qualified individuals whose main goal is to ensure quality control and continuous improvement. We do this by keeping a close eye on metrics, making sure that we are constantly raising the bar on performance and efficiency. We are also responsible for the adoption of new technology and procedures as well as supporting our peers with subject matter expertise.- Bachelor's Degree;
- Program or project management experience;
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements;
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Advanced Excel;
- Advanced English.- Experience driving process improvements;
- Master's degree or MBA in business.
