LEGAL
We are a full service in-house Legal, Ethics and Compliance function, providing advice on strategic projects across all business areas, whilst developing our role as an integrated partner within the business.
PORTO
Our office is near Porto, in the north of Portugal, and is located in a vibrant business hub. It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Legal, to join the Legal, Ethics and Compliance team. This role will be ideal for a seasoned lawyer who wants to develop their career in a fast-paced, tech-oriented company, and is passionate about technology and privacy matters worldwide. Reporting to Farfetch’s VP Legal, you will lead our legal function in Portugal. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters affecting Farfetch in Portugal, as well as technology contracts and privacy issues worldwide, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. The ideal candidate will be a Portuguese qualified lawyer with a deep understanding of Portuguese law, including employment and commercial law, and EU Privacy Law, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
