Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL).
  • 4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
  • Experience working in YouTube’s business or tech organizations.
  • Experience working in sales or partnerships GTM, incentives or operations.
  • Experience using SQL and working with large data sets to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in execution, multi-tasking and leading complex and ambiguous strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Excellent executive level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional groups and executive leadership.

As a Strategy and Operations Manager within this team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout the business. You'll combine expertise and thought leadership to design and deploy various go-to-market levers including role design, incentives, workflow design, and tools to equip the Large Partnerships and Tier 1 Partnerships teams to ensure YouTube and our partners’ long-term success. You will focus on driving productivity and helping partnerships teams drive adoption of products and priorities across Large Partnerships and Tier 1 segments. You will have exposure and visibility to leaders as you present your proposals and demonstrate their impact. You will also work closely with regional teams to shape our localized GTM approach.

You will own both the long-term goal and roadmap and coordination of day-to-day operations to ensure our service model design is aligned with go-to-market strategies and creator and partner outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Design, pilot, and deploy segment Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including role design, service models, workflow design, incentives, partner segmentation, strategic partner manager tools/resources and go-to-market motions.
  • Own segment GTM model design through ongoing evaluation, analysis and partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market innovations.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, shape, launch, and manage goals and annual roadmaps.
  • Drive end-to-end project management and change management to launch and land innovative initiatives with partner teams.
  • Identify tools, processes, and automation that improve partner manager processes. Develop plans to implement changes that help the business deliver on key results.
