Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to travel as needed to support client needs.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese because they will be working with clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers and/or agencies and service partners.
- 2 years of experience working in the Lead Generation product area, and working in a matrixed organization.
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
- Experience in managing sales pipeline, from negotiation to agreement closure with knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and achieve quotas to drive growth.

- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth targets. Own a portfolio of medium and large-size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans.
Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior-partner stakeholders. Develop an understanding of their business challenges, objectives and success metrics.
Structure a clear joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google.
Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with recommendations to present to customers and build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a range of marketing objectives.
