Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role or a similar role within the advertising industry or client side.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in online ad sales, business-development, marketing or consulting sales.
  • Experience with Google Ads account management.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication to client services.
  • Excellent communication, people management and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.

As an Account Manager, you will play the role of a consultant providing solutions to improve the business of your assigned clients or solve their business challenges. You will use your marketing skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills to make recommendations to the clients on how they can develop their business by making better use of digital, especially in marketing, thereby becoming a trusted partner and contributing to the client's success. You will learn Google's products in a timely manner, and understand digital marketing, to utilize it in the business activity.

industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

  • Collaborate with Agency partners to help them form marketing solutions. Promote upstream marketing and communication planning processes for their strategic brands leveraging Google's digital capabilities.
  • Lead and manage business projects associated with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e, cross-functional teams, Large Customer Sales pods, and agencies’ Account Management, Planning, and Creative divisions).
  • Lead discussions with agencies and support their pitches to strategic clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Agencies, contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google’s products and services.
