Corporate Development Analyst

Microsoft’s Corporate Development group is a small team of deal professionals that sources, evaluates and executes acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures and partnerships across all of Microsoft’s business groups. The team interacts regularly with Microsoft’s senior management, including frequent discussions with the company’s CEO and Chief Financial Officer. The team is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst with an interest in technology.

Deal volume is expected to continue as acquisitions will be a key driver of Microsoft’s growth strategy, complementing a broad range of new products in the pipeline. Additionally, Microsoft continues to evaluate and fund domestic and international equity investments across all lines of business. Recent investments include OpenAI, Databricks, Builder.ai, and London Stock Exchange Group.
