Art Manager

Overview 

Halo Studios is the developer of the blockbuster Halo series of video games. As part of Xbox Game Studios, the Halo franchise encompasses games, television series, novels, comics, licensed collectibles, apparel and more. We are looking for new Spartans to join our team to build the next generation of games and experiences in our award-winning sci-fi universe. Do you understand modern console/PC games and have experience with live service games? Do you closely collaborate with teams to drive inspiring, cohesive gameplay experiences? The Art Manager plays a vital role at Halo Studios, functioning as a communication hub for our internal art teams and partner teams. You will be a deeply organized individual with a keen interest in optimizing workflows and building first-class communications.  You will have experience dealing with teams on multiple continents, in different time zones with different management styles or communication methods. 
 
You will have a deep appreciation and experience of asset creation and world building in a modern game environment and be able to move assets between depots, load content into test scenes and write detail, quality orientated feedback for both internal and external staff. You will build relationships with the production team, art leads and partner teams across the studio to help provide feedback and collaborate on our content library. You will need a firm grasp of the practical aspects of content creation to assist the team in bringing that vision to life. Roles at our studio are flexible, and you can work from home up to two days a week (Thursday and Friday) in this role.
