Director, Business Planning - Modern Work Growth

The Monetization and Business Planning (M+BP) team is responsible for monetization strategy, pricing, and packaging for the multi-billion dollar Microsoft Cloud products portfolio. To deliver on this broad charter, we’ve built a center of excellence with an industry-leading reputation for strategic thought leadership.

This leadership position is within the Modern Work Business Planning team which is responsible for the monetization of Microsoft 365 products. More specifically, the role will focus on driving growth for the Microsoft 365 portfolio by growing the business in underpenetrated segments and building world-class horizontal capabilities to scale the business.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven business leader with experience leading product management or monetization teams and a knack for making the complex simple. This person thinks strategically, moves with urgency and has a track record of driving growth through business model innovation.
