We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to act as the bridge between our Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence (BI) teams. This role will ensure marketing has the right data and insights to measure performance effectively while translating marketing’s analytical needs into clear, actionable requirements for our BI team.
As a key player in our marketing analytics ecosystem, you will help define and track key marketing performance metrics, collaborate on data infrastructure, and support the development of dashboards that provide visibility into campaign, program, and overall marketing performance.

Experience: 5+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role.
Technical Skills:
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing performance analytics, including CMO dashboards, campaign performance, and program performance.
Communication Skills: Ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements for BI teams and explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets, identifying insights, and making data-driven recommendations.
