The ideal candidate has strength in typography, composition and hierarchy. We expect this role to be efficient and able to address feedback and revisions in a timely manner. This role will interface with the Principal Designers, Senior Designer, Traffic Manager and Head of Content as well as internal stakeholders. Strong English literacy will be ideal for the success of this role.

Experience : 2-4 Years
Location : Bangalore

Flexible Work Schedule:  Working with a US-based team will require occasional evening meetings to bridge the 12-hour difference.

 Required skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite: designer must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Designer should be able to place linked files, set type and paragraph styles, manage color space and handle print and interactive PDF exports
  • Proficient in Google Slides: designer should be able to set up themes, libraries, typography and create a template when given brand guides and art direction.
  • Experienced in Figma: designer must be able to create files in Figma, navigate library structures, add brand libraries to their files, and recreate existing assets as needed. Preference for expert-level Figma skills in using or setting up components, component variables, branches, and prototypes.
  • Photography curation and editing: designer should be able to select photography that fits in composition, crops and frames. Designer should have skills in editing contrast, coloring, brightness and simple photo manipulation.
  • Work independently: the ideal designer can work autonomously and prep work for review at the end of their workday.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about design systems and their applications, and has an eagerness to learn. A strong junior designer or seasoned production designer is ideal for this role.

What Do We Offer?

Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.

Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including ASICS, Chase, Steve Madden, Holiday Inn, Icelandair, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Shell, and many more!

One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…
