Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience developing and launching AI/ML powered products, with experience in data analytics and ML performance models.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field or 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience providing technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • Experience in Machine Learning and Digital Advertising.
  • Experience in the online advertisement space with exposure to data analytics and developing ML powered ad strategies.

The mission of the YouTube Ads Marketplace team is to grow long-term business by optimizing the YouTube Ads marketplace and by investing in a privacy-safe and efficient infrastructure platform. The Senior PM will serve a pivotal function, executing a comprehensive signals strategy for building performance models and marketplace products across the marketing funnel and optimizing the YouTube Ads marketplace to drive long-term advertiser value.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Define AI/ML-powered products that maximize advertiser performance, working with various ads ML models and collaborating with a top-notch engineering and data-science team.
  • Define new, innovative products via PRD’s, working closely with engineering and partner teams and effectively taking products from conception to launch.
  • Lead and collaborate with Sales/Business Development/Legal and Go-To-Market organizations to take marketplace products to market, developing internal and external sales narratives.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from proof-of-concept to launch to advertiser activation and scaling adoption.
