To continue to drive process excellence within our Last mile Delivery business, we are currently looking for an experienced Change Manager.

As Change Manager you will drive process standardization on site. As a member of the Operations team, you will contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations operations, enabling processes to meet safety, customer experience, quality and cost goals. You will collaborate on and then execute the roadmap of standard EU process upgrades, directly supporting implementation of change at the site level.

In partnership with site management and several stakeholders, the Change Manager will develop mechanisms to surface known best practices. You will own standardization of processes within the building, enabling overall process alignment.

Your Tasks:
As a key member of the site leadership team, you will work with various stakeholders, including EU Process Owners, Shift Managers, Operations Supervisors, Sortation team as well as third party vendors and contribute to the stable optimization of our logistic processes.
In addition, you will support the implementation of new systems, processes and drive sustainable and effective solution approaches forward, within the framework of our given business goals. Whilst achieving our targets, you will work with software and hardware solution for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. In this role you will additionally ensure that your team has sufficient and appropriate tools for their assigned tasks. As Change Manager you are a key driver for successful order execution thus positively influence our customer satisfaction.
- Lead deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the delivery station
- Own progress audits and support results-driven action planning
- Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of operation standards, and partnering with local management and supporting teams (ACES, Process Engineering, WHS, …)
- Support development and piloting of process improvements and ongoing benchmarking initiatives
- Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with counterparts EU-wide
- Keep configuration systems up to date and provide visibility to all impacted teams
- Ensure the right inventory of assets and trigger repairs


Key job responsibilities
Evaluate current state using lean techniques, Amazon tools, and data analysis
• Design process improvements with calculated input/output variable relationships; implement, test, and refine solutions before scaling to other Delivery Stations
• Replicate successful changes across all similar Delivery Stations
• Contribute to and facilitate Kaizen and continuous improvement events
• Work directly with cross-functional teams (including Engineering, ACES, RME) to deliver network wide improvements
• Manage capital funding requests for equipment changes
• Influence external teams’ roadmaps to execute on long term improvements
• Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
• Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering or Logistics
- Experienced in Distribution and/or Fulfillment processes, ideally in fast-paced industrial, logistics or production environment
- Project and Stakeholder Management skills and can operate within a cross functional organization
- Interpersonal communication skills and fluent in Italian and English
- Flexibility with work times and ready to assist in night shifts if required
- MBA, MSc or MEng (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent)
- Certified OE Black Belt or Green Belt
- Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools
- Data analysis skills and an familiarity in using supporting tools e.g. Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, MS Access
