Manager CDM Role
About TeamRevenue sell side or category demand management team shapes demand at a category level across customer, visibility and pricing levers. It manages day to day activities with close interaction with category buy side teams. This team is a key driver for achieving platform revenue and growth, at the same time, scaling the respective category’s revenue, by targeting a specific profitability for the category
Roles & ResponsibilitiesRole : This role involves managing the On app & Off app demand generation, and driving customer initiatives for the Category or Business Units.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of all storefront actions for the category
- To collaborate with Pricing, Supply teams, Brand teams, CRM, Social and Category Solution team to drive growth for the business by ensuring right
- To Track and measure the performance of In app banners and Storefronts that goes live on the platform.
- End-End actions on Category fest, Brand launches and Central events.
- Ensure complete Quality check is done for any Merch actions that goes on the platform
- Effective communication skills
Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Set3-5 years of total; 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce/high growth startup will be an added advantage
Technical Skills:
Must Have: MS Excel, Good to Have: SQL
Must manage multiple senior stakeholders independently
Able to manage a team of 2 or 3 teammates.
High competency in written and verbal communication skills (preparation of business documentation, presenting to senior stakeholders a must)
Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
