About the opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and curious Analyst to join our Growth Strategy & Analytics team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, analyze data, and contribute to key growth initiatives. You will support our marketing and growth efforts by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights, while developing a deep understanding of performance drivers.
This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately to business questions. Over time, you’ll gain increasing ownership and autonomy, contributing to strategic decisions and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct performance tracking and support reporting for marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyse customer funnel data and campaign metrics to identify trends and highlight issues.
- Support budgeting and planning processes by providing clean and structured data inputs.
- React quickly and thoughtfully to analytical questions or urgent requests from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Business Analytics) to gather requirements and provide relevant insights.
- Assist in maintaining internal tools and dashboards for team and leadership use.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for team discussions.
What you need to be successful:
Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years+ of relevant experience in an analytical role (internships or junior roles in marketing, finance, or analytics welcome).
Skills:
- Analytical Thinking – Comfortable working with data, performing basic analysis, and using insights to support business decisions.
- Proficiency in Tools – Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Curiosity & Learning Mindset – Eagerness to understand performance drivers and learn from senior team members.
- Problem Solving – Capable of reacting to issues with well-structured, data-backed responses.
- Communication – Clear and concise communication of findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration – Team-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward supporting others and learning by doing.
- Attention to Detail – Strong commitment to data accuracy and clarity.
