As a Sales Compensation Implementation Manager, you will be part of the Sales Compensation team, which defines go-to-market, designs compensation plans and calculates and assigns quota and coverage.
In this role, you will help create a positive experience between our sales teams and sales compensation. You will do this through ensuring our systems serve our sellers needs, and our processes are set up to proactively identify errors that impact seller payout. You will be accountable for debugging and identifying one-off payout issues impacting a large number of sellers, as well as making all manual payout adjustments in our sales compensation tools.
