In this role, employees are expected to have very strong communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to write PR/FAQs, narratives (e.g., 6-pagers, 1-pagers), define requirements, convey project status, and at higher levels contribute to OP1/OP2 documentation. All work backwards from their customer or business problem to deliver the right solutions. Manage program(s) of inter-related projects that support ongoing business and/or technology goals. They are often in charge of owning and solving an endemic problem. These roles require strong project management, analytical, and process optimization skills. They are utilized when the work to deliver crosses teams, organization, and/or regional boundaries. Their role is to create cohesion to ensure solutions delivered function properly end-to-end.- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience leading process improvements
