Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a technical emphasis or other technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in driving, building, and qualifying New Product Introduction (NPI) process stages with engineering teams.
- Experience working in hardware or contract manufacturing for supply chain operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Rack, Server, Advanced Cooling solution development, data center networking or optical engineering.
- Experience with Supply/Demand Planning and Accounting/Finance.
- Experience working with hardware programs (e.g., PCBA) or networking products (e.g., NICs, switches, optics, racks).
- Ability to lead operational and strategic initiatives.

As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations Program Manager, you will be the primary Operations/Supply Chain interface to the development and deployment teams with the responsibility for driving operations new product development as well as supporting those products through production ramp. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure products are designed and built to Google standards.
This role requires on-site presence at the contractor manufacturer in Guadalajara three days per week.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. - Lead large, complex, cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting program goals.
- Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.
