Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of product management experience in enterprise infrastructure systems (e.g., compute, networking, storage)
- Experience building and leading product management teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of storage, databases, or analytics systems and the ability to be a credible product advisor to Storage teams
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Define and convert a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term outlook for Google Cloud's File Storage and NetApp portfolio, capitalizing on opportunities including AI/ML landscape and integration with services like Vertex AI.
- Collaborate with Engineering to establish and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.
- Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure storage solutions meet workload needs. Drive effective collaboration with strategic external partners, notably NetApp.
- Partner effectively with Go-to-Market teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth and adoption.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the File Storage and NetApp Product Management team, building upon their current successes to unlock greater potential, foster innovation, and meet the demands of this high-growth space.
