About the Role

FareHarbor is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to champion our culture of “Be Curious and Learn.” In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a culture of continuous learning by supporting and coordinating impactful learning initiatives that elevate the employee experience. As an L&D Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with global teams and key stakeholders to support the delivery of seamless training programs, manage learning projects, and ensure the success of onboarding and development initiatives.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic organizations, is highly organized, and is passionate about contributing to a growing team and organization.

What you’ll do here:

  • Follow the employee onboarding experience through the onboarding sessions, working closely with the People Team, department trainers and managers. 
  • Support the design, scheduling, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and onboarding initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Learning Development & Culture team globally and other key stakeholders of the People Foster FareHarbor culture and values, supporting the creation of an inclusive environment.
  • Coordinate and organize Learning Development & Culture  initiatives and programs
  • Track and report on (impact) metrics, engagement, participation and other related milestones for Learning Development & Culture  initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth delivery of learning programs.
  • Assist with the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) by uploading content, enrolling users, and tracking participation.
  • Use project management tools to keep training initiatives on track.
  • Maintain the Learning Development & Culture calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Understanding of best practices for adult learning.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience required

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with L&D concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Previous experience as project coordination, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to measure engagement and impact and make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
