About the Role

The FareHarbor Quality Control team is looking for positive, hard-working individuals that thrive when working on detail oriented and analytical responsibilities to join our team committed to providing our clients with the best possible FareHarbor experience.Quality Control supports our Product and Engineering teams as well as our Commercial teams by focusing on accelerated innovation and development velocity, optimizing conversions and improving user experience (both Clients and internal teams) across all Products/platforms. In summation – you can think of QC as Vitamin C to the immune system of our products!

What you’ll do here:

  • Work in all stages of the product development cycle to increase innovation, velocity and conversions
    • Deliver timely, thoughtful feedback in each stage of involvement 
    • Conduct in-depth discovery work, testing and brainstorming with Product Managers aimed to resolve opportunities in existing features
    • Provide other ad hoc support as needed (Design research assistance or note taking, quality monitoring) 
    • Provide valuable support in alpha/beta testing or experimentation processes for new features/releases across platforms 
    • Review product submissions, identify trends, and provide relevant insights to the Product and/or Engineering team(s)
  • Think Client First - support internal efforts to ensure that deliverables truly address their needs
    • Conduct requested audits, perform analysis and report findings to internal teams 
    • Research, develop and execute projects aimed to increase Client revenue, increase feature adoption and/or minimize Client obstacles to seamless operations 
    • Work with Stakeholders across the business to aid in meeting their objectives 
  • Maintain expert FareHarbor knowledge and exemplify FareHarbor values
    • Stay on top of all new feature releases, and provide valuable feedback to the product teams 
    • Help develop, improve, and implement standard operating procedures 
    • Promoting two-way communication between Product, Engineering and Commercial functions to build understanding, identify training needs and fortify best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to stay focused, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity while working from home
  • Dedication to perfection, utilizing great problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong data skills – comfortable analyzing large quantities of data to create summaries and extract insights
  • Results driven, taking pride in your work and having confidence in your abilities
  • Excellent communication - professional and positive in both verbal and written communication
  • Experience with and flexibility required to work with global teams across time zones
  • Quick moving with stellar attention to detail and deadlines
  • Thrive in multitasking and prioritizing different projects
  • Enjoy working closely and effectively with others
  • Experience with the following tools: 
    • Google tools (i.e. Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)
    • Airtable 
    • Close or other robust sales CRM
    • Data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Mixpanel)
  • Bonus points if you have:
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, and website content management software
    • Experience with Jira
    • Experience with Agile and/or Lean Software Development
    • Experience working in a startup environment
    • Experience with ZenDesk
    • Fluency in multiple languages
