Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us as a Sales Rep -Seller education
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and business background that enables them to successfully identify and onboard opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession. The successful candidate should also be a self-starter that has the ability to problem solve. The successful candidate must be prepared to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment and with cross functional teams, globally.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to identify needs and opportunities, build up multi-channel marketing plan and priorities across appropriate online and offline channels including promotions and events.
- Responsible for providing personalized, one-on-one support to sellers, often with dedicated account managers.
- Responsible and target for help sellers grow, optimize their performance, and achieve long-term success by offering tailored guidance, resources, and development plans.
- Responsible for helping new sellers through their initial stages, optimizing their operations, and providing insights into best practices for scaling their business.
- Assist new product development on collecting customers insights through focus group, create survey and collect response with all creative tools and channel, internet and relevant seminars, social media to valuable information for supporting new product effort.
- Conduct sophisticated data analysis to measure marketing program and campaigns effectiveness and to continuously improve.
- Other ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool- 2+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data experience
- 5+ years of B2B industry service delivery experience
