What You'll Do:

Own and Expand Client Partnerships: Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, serving as their primary strategic advisor. Develop and execute tailored programmatic strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, deepen client relationships, and increase revenue growth.

Provide Advanced Programmatic Strategy & Insights: Leverage deep expertise in data-driven advertising to analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend optimisation strategies. Guide clients in advanced programmatic concepts such as audience segmentation, bid strategies, and inventory curation to maximise ROI.

Drive Platform Excellence & Innovation: Act as a trusted expert on The Trade Desk platform, educating clients on best practices, new features, and industry developments. Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure clients fully utilise the platform’s capabilities to meet their objectives.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Client Success: Work closely with internal Trading, Product, and Business Development teams to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions. Translate client challenges into actionable insights that inform internal roadmaps and enhance platform offerings.

Influence Product Evolution: Provide critical feedback to The Trade Desk’s Product and Engineering teams based on client needs and market trends. Advocate for features and improvements that align with enterprise client goals and enhance the platform’s competitiveness.

 

Who You Are:

Programmatic Expert: You bring 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar accounts and driving strategic growth for enterprise-level clients.

Strategic & Analytical Thinker: You possess deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, data providers, and measurement solutions. You excel at analysing performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and crafting data-driven strategies that exceed client KPIs.

Exceptional Relationship Builder & Communicator: Your ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate value makes you a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You’re adept at managing high-profile client relationships and navigating complex organisational structures.

Proactive & Results-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities to drive impact. Your ability to manage multiple priorities ensures exceptional execution and client satisfaction.

Passionate About Innovation & Industry Trends: You stay ahead of emerging trends in programmatic advertising, from advancements in AI-driven optimisation to privacy-centric solutions. Your expertise positions you as a thought leader, both internally and externally.
