Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in C++.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or a similar role.
- 2 years of experience with Data Visualization and Experiment Design.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- Experience in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience with auction theory and related disciplines.
- Ability to understand engineering fundamentals including dashboards.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Manage individual project priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Understand and evaluate important metrics and tradeoffs, identifying potential opportunities to improve the system via parameter optimization.
- Formulate hypotheses and design/run experiments to test them, then document or present results to leadership.
- Build, improve, and maintain tools and libraries to automate recurring processes and analyses.
