We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead our team and drive significant revenue growth.

About the Role:

The Vice President of Revenue Operations will be a critical leader in scaling Vimeo's revenue engine. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and optimizing revenue operations in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment, with specific experience in product-led growth (PLG) strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue operations, including sales systems and processes, sales compensation planning and administration, sales enablement and revenue forecasting. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, People Operations and Product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Scaling: Develop and execute the overall revenue operations strategy to support Vimeo's ambitious growth targets. Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Scale the revenue operations infrastructure to support rapid business expansion.
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG) Expertise: Develop and implement revenue operations strategies that support both bottom-up PLG MOTION and top-down enterprise motions. This includes optimizing the user journey for self-service acquisition, as well as supporting enterprise sales teams in converting larger accounts.
  • Sales Systems & Processes: Oversee the administration and optimization of core sales systems, primarily Salesforce (SFDC). Ensure data integrity, automate key processes, and implement best practices for sales reporting and analytics. Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Contract Management: Ensure efficient and accurate deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiation. Develop and implement clear policies and procedures to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue.
  • Sales Compensation: Design, implement, and administer sales compensation plans that motivate and incentivize the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Conduct regular reviews of compensation plans to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to develop and deliver effective sales training programs and resources. Equip the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and skills they need to succeed.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, providing insights into business performance and identifying areas for improvement. Create and deliver regular reports on key revenue metrics to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.  
  • Proven track record of building and scaling revenue operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of PLG strategies and experience implementing and optimizing them.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.

Base Salary Range:

  • NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles:   $234,000 - $321,000
