Associate Manager, Sales Development - APAC
Location: Sydney, Australia
Position: In-office minimum of 3 days a week (pending office open)
As the Associate Manager, Sales Development, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities and outbounding for new and expansion opportunities for Vimeo’s sales teams. This role is critical to the success of Vimeo’s pipeline, requiring a data-driven leader and executor who can foster a high-performance culture, improve conversion rates, and drive predictable pipeline growth.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the APAC SDR team and directly contributing to the pipeline target through strategic prospecting of your own. You will also be tasked with setting and achieving ambitious goals for the team, and ensuring the team delivers an exceptional experience to prospective customers.
