We're seeking a results-driven and experienced Sr. Manager of Implementations to lead a team focused on successfully onboarding and configuring our software solutions for our diverse clientele. You will champion exceptional customer experiences while ensuring our implementation processes are efficient, scalable, and consistently successful. If you have a proven track record in SaaS implementation, enjoy building and mentoring teams, and have a knack for problem-solving, then this highly visible role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Services Program: Leads the strategy, development, and execution of programs designed to maximize revenue generated from implementation services. This includes defining service packages, sales enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of talented implementation specialists to maximize their performance and potential.
- Project Oversight: Ensure multiple simultaneous implementation projects are executed on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing implementation methodologies, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous refinement for increased efficiency
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless handoff and collaborative approach to customer onboarding
- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues, ensuring transparent communication with customers throughout their implementation journey
- Metrics and Reporting: Track key implementation metrics (time-to-value, adoption, etc.) to measure success, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of management experience
- Expertise in API, SSO, SCIM, eCDN and migration scripting
- Demonstrable track record of leading teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Aptitude for problem-solving, proactive thinking, and a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience working in a fast-paced and agile technology environment
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with our company's product suite or related industry experience
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, etc. for customer and project management
Base Salary Range:
- NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles: $118,000 - $162,500
- All other US cities outside above metro areas: $106,200 - $146,250
