Overview

As a Creative Production Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our in-house video production team. You will work closely with our producers to ensure smooth project execution, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to production schedules and standards. Your role will also involve supporting the video production elements of larger projects, ensuring seamless integration with design elements and overall project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Coordinate with producers to establish and maintain project timelines.
• Track project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or risks.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Partner with Creative Project Manager to improve cross team collaboration and communication
• Resource Allocation:
• Manage team resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
• Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Workflow Optimization:
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the production workflow.
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures.
• Partner with Creative Project Manager to improve cross team processes to support process efficiencies
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Host weekly production syncs to align on project priorities and next steps.
• Collaborate with designers and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of video and design elements.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to production standards.
• Conduct regular quality control checks.
• Budget Management:
• Assist in tracking project budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities for Video Production

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management in video production and creative project management
• Deep understanding of video production workflows, including post-production techniques
• Experience in on-set production, including managing crews and coordinating shoots
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Asana
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
• A passion for video production and a keen eye for detail
• Must be local to NYC or close enough to travel into Midtown office for shoots
