Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a bright, customer-obsessed and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join the Project Kuiper Team. This is a great opportunity to join a high functioning team with plenty of new challenges & responsibilities for you to grow and further your career.
The ideal candidate will be professional and be a fast learner with experience using sound judgement while working in a fast paced, goal-oriented, and ever changing work environment.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements.
- Book complex domestic and international travel - including airfare, hotels, transportation, restaurant reservations, etc.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
Export Control Requirement:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
