Your role
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be a part of a team. you will own the native app used daily by staff at tens of thousands of wellness studios worldwide. You'll lead the strategy, design, and ongoing improvements to ensure the app meets user needs and enhances efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll prioritize updates, analyze performance, and use feedback to drive product decisions. You'll also provide training and support to ensure wellness studio staff can make the most of the app’s features.

Role and Responsibility 
• Expected to build and manage the roadmap for the staff-facing mobile application
• From B2B background. Nice to have experience with workflow-heavy tools
• Strong communicator / collaborator across teams
• Should be excited to grow in IC
• Stakeholder management, excited to collaborate with other PMs across domains on web
• Collaboration a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and researchers to scope and execute highest ROI product opportunities.
• Manage ideation, evaluation, definition, prioritization and execution activities align to the squad’s roadmap
• Work for well scoped feature definition, accretive to a broader vision, manage trade-offs, contribute towards strategy and business impact
• Collaborate with other PMs to have them think from mobile perspective for the features and collaborate on the mobile research/discovery/design
• Build alignment with key stakeholders from across the organization. Seek a range of perspectives and solicit honest feedback.
• Be the voice of the customer. Lead user discovery via user research, design sprints, and other customer touchpoints.
• Pair together quantitative and qualitative data to inform key product decisions that address user needs.
• Work with cross-functional partners to define GTM motions, ensuring that customers are aware of product updates and the value they add to drive adoption.

Skills & experience
• 5+ years of product management experience with exposure to building B2B SaaS products is a must
• Mobile app experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership to gain buy-in.
• Customer-obsessed, you’re not afraid to dig into the current workflow of customers to deeply understand pain points and their root cause to inform product approach.
• UX-savvy, you partner closely with design counterparts to make recommendations and influence the final solution.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience driving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive product decisions.
• Interested in growing in Individual contributor role ahead
