Healthcare and Medical Device Compliance

Meta seeks an experienced attorney to serve as Associate General Counsel for Healthcare and Medical Device Compliance on Facebook’s Corporate Compliance & Ethics team. This position will play a key role delivering hardware product regulatory compliance counseling to the Reality Labs and Infrastructure Data Center second line compliance and business units, with a focus on fraud & abuse, medical device compliance, FDA and analogous international compliance issues in the medical device area. This role requires developing and scaling compliance resources and infrastructure to ensure consumer and commercial products and accessories distributed globally meet applicable hardware regulatory and FDA requirements in all relevant jurisdictions. This position will manage a growing team dedicated to supporting RL product compliance. This role will be critical to a vertical that goes beyond traditional compliance counseling, delivering practical operational and product solutions to a broad range of internal stakeholders, including product counsel peers and highly skilled compliance professionals.
