Client Solutions Manager

Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Business Group. The CSM will work on a number of fashion accounts, that operate multi-channel across countries (EMEA and global), offer large growth potential and need extensive support. We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and business development, and a firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes. The CSM will work closely with a Client Partner (CP), Client Solutions Manager (CSM) and Meta cross-functional teams to build and strengthen customer relationships, provide business insights, drive revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. The ideal candidate has a real passion for Meta, the overall marketing ecosystem, and a proven understanding of both online and traditional media. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, yet strategic individual. We look for an ‘enabler’ mentality to establish long-term partnerships with clients and their agencies– both in terms of relationships and business outcomes – in a constantly changing environment with high expectations. This position will be reporting into the Group Director Disruptors.
