Content Policy Associate Manager

Meta is looking for an analytical Content Policy Associate Manager with experience in policy, government, business operations, or law to join our Core Policy team. The team’s mission is to create and communicate rules for our products that empower expression and foster a safe environment for people on Meta’s family of apps. As a Content Policy Associate Manager, you will work closely with a number of other teams at Meta, including our Global Community Operations, Product, Legal, Communications, and Public Policy teams. You will play a key role in developing, applying, and communicating our Community Standards both internally and externally. You will also manage high-profile content escalations. At times, you will be expected to make difficult decisions, under pressure, about whether to allow or remove content. Many of these decisions will garner attention in the media and be the subject of intense debate in civil society and governments around the globe. This Content Policy Associate Manager will critically analyze and communicate the costs and benefits of refinements to policies and their implementation. Given the demands of content-related escalations, the candidate will sometimes be expected to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends.
