Strategic Compliance Program Manager

Meta is seeking a Strategic Compliance Program Manager to join the Compliance Programs Office within Meta's Legal department. The Strategic Compliance Programs (SCP) team is responsible for managing Meta’s Conflicts of Interest ("COI") compliance program. The COI program provides guidance to help employees recognize, disclose and resolve situations that could present an actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest. The Conflicts Committee (an cross-functional team with representatives from Compliance, IP Legal, Employment Legal and Corporate Legal), reviews outside activities and interests that may present a potential conflict of interest and provide guidance to help employees comply with Meta’s Conflicts of Interest Policy. SCP also partners with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across the company to evaluate potential conflicts against Meta’s roadmap and interests, and to develop appropriate guidance to mitigate conflicts. Meta is looking for a full-time program manager with relevant experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of the program and the contract workers who support.
