Technical Program Manager, APAC System HW TPM, Meta Wearables

Our team seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead development and delivery at System level for Wearable products. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver new cutting-edge technologies and product innovations to market. You will establish requirements with internal and external customers, manage program schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans, and clearly communicate to program stakeholders. You will define and drive highly complex, cross-functional plans for new product introductions. You will also lead build planning and execution, including establishing requirements & build goals, managing schedules, and identifying / tracking risks and associated mitigations. You will be responsible for communication of program & build status and risk to key stakeholders and executive leadership. You will partner closely with US-based TPMs, Operations Program Managers, Hardware Engineering, APAC HW engineering team and Operation teams in Asia. We look for technical program managers who have a solid technical foundation and are motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process and effective communications to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and innovative environment. This role will be based in Shanghai office, though site locations will vary based on program activities.
