We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Strategy Manager to lead our global expansion initiatives and customer persona strategy within the Operations Technology Supply Chain (OTS SC) organization. This strategic role will shape how businesses worldwide integrate with our supply chain capabilities while owning our global customer segmentation framework and quarterly business insights.
As a key leader in our Supply Chain Solutions Strategy (SCSS) team, you will own our global customer persona insights and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership, while directing a portfolio of expansion programs across multiple countries. Your strategic vision will be crucial in developing comprehensive market segmentation frameworks that inform expansion opportunities and drive new market entry decisions.
You will lead data-driven decision making through end-to-end customer analytics and reporting, delivering quarterly business reviews that highlight key persona insights and market trends. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to transform complex market insights into actionable growth strategies while leading organizational change across multiple global teams.


Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute global supply chain architectures adaptable across diverse regulatory environments
- Own quarterly business reviews and customer persona strategy presentations to senior leadership
- Lead portfolio of concurrent expansion programs across regions
- Develop comprehensive market segmentation frameworks informing global expansion
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, - Legal, Finance, Tax, and Operations teams
- Create multi-year roadmaps for service portfolio expansion
- Establish governance models for new entity setup and operational integration
- Transform customer insights into scalable solutions and new service offerings
- Build and maintain executive relationships across global organizations


A day in the life
- Lead strategic planning sessions with senior executives on expansion initiatives
- Review market analysis and customer persona insights for quarterly business reviews
- Drive alignment across multiple global teams on complex implementation programs
- Evaluate new market opportunities and develop expansion business cases
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop program management team members
- Partner with regional leaders on market-specific requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy

About the team
Supply Chain Solutions Strategy (SCSS) drives Amazon's operational excellence through innovative solutions and strategic expansion. Our team leads the transformation of how businesses integrate with our supply chain capabilities, focusing on new country expansion, customer integration, and service innovation. SCSS serves as the strategic architect of OTS's supply chain services catalogue, designing scalable frameworks that address current and future customer needs across global operations.- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
