Are you looking to work with an exciting and innovative team? Amazon’s Corporate Development team is looking for an Executive Assistant to partner with a Vice President and Director as well as assist in working with other team members in the organization. This is a unique high impact and high visibility opportunity to be involved in a dynamic business with a high level of responsibility. You will display a strong work ethic, have exceptional attention to detail, will remain calm under pressure, have excellent judgment in dealing with highly confidential information, and will also know how to have fun!

The individual in this role must understand business priorities and demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action with sound judgement even in instances of ambiguity. This person must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office per week.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Effectively and proactively support a Vice President and Director.
- Complex calendar management.
- Expense reimbursement.
- Coordinate global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and conference calls for internal and external meetings.
- Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the action required is addressed in a timely manner.
- Space management.
- Assist with event coordination (including team meetings and morale events).
- Catering and supply orders.

- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to build a strong internal network and communicate effectively with a variety of groups such as senior management, peers and outside companies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
