We're seeking a seasoned manager to spearhead a senior team focused on driving adoption of AWS within our FSI segment, with a focus on Banking and Lending Businesses. You’ll grow a business focused on helping Banking customers innovate and grow. We're seeking a candidate with the business acumen and management background necessary to effectively add-value to field sellers who bring together cross-functional teams including sales, partner managers, professional services, business development, and product teams to deliver business growth for
AWS and our FSI partners.
Your responsibilities will include managing and growing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess a sales management background that enables them to manage a team of account manager with engagements from the CxO level and manage a sales pipeline. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical problems to solve, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions at both Business and Technology levels.
Key job responsibilities
Joining AWS as a Sales Manager Banking Segment gives you the opportunity to:
• Build and manage a high performing team of strategic sales professionals
• Drive adoption of AWS’ full suite of services into a set of Strategic FSI customers.
• Exceed annual revenue and growth targets
• Co-develop and help execute account plans with field sellers
• Inspect joint-GTM activities to drive and accelerate adoption of our products, working closely with AWS partner teams
• Work with demand generation teams to create sales pipeline
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts at the C-level.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
• Prepare and give business strategies and reviews to the senior management team.
