Role Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Management team, focusing on customer-facing products. The ideal candidate will have multiple years’ experience successfully growing products with a large userbase.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute the product strategy for your product domain, including roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and sales, to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the billing and cloud services landscape.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers and end-users.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within the cloud services or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management frameworks and processes.
  • Experience working with AI, particularly in training or inference, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI as an end-consumer and a solid knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
