Spotify is seeking a London-based Senior Analyst to join the Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations team is dedicated to driving the growth and success of Spotifyβs ads business. We strive to be a trustworthy and unbiased partner for Sales Leadership, focusing on planning, encouraging collaboration across functions, and upholding operational efficiency.
Reporting to the head of Global Mid-Market / SMB Sales Operations, this role is aligned with the EMEA and LATAM Mid-Market ad sales team, which focuses on driving advertiser acquisition, retention, and growth at scale. In this position, you will partner with Sales Leadership in these regions and collaborate with Product, Vendor Sales, Marketing, and Sales Systems & Tooling teams to identify growth opportunities, implement strategies to capture them and enhance the operational framework supporting the Sales team.
