About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will be involved in building new products to drive business growth in existing and new clients, deliver robust functionality by addressing all customer concerns and issues,  and have the opportunity to innovate, ideate and evolve current products and identify market opportunities for Compliance Management/Surveillance and product recommendation tools.

3. Gather and define product requirements based on customer feedback and market research.

What You'll Bring:

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
• 5+ years of experience building B2B or end-user facing products (have been through 1 full  Product Development lifecycle including defining product requirements, working with Engineering and Data Science, aligning end to end development and delivery of the product to customers))
• Proficiency in solving complex business problems, creating product documentations and making effective customer presentations.
• Developed skills in communication and prioritization applied across engineering, design and data science.
• Developed skills in AI and Research and Analysis applied across mission-driven business scenarios.

What You'll Do:

• Build new product and refine existing functionalities with focus on addressing customer pain points.
• Demonstrate user-centricity and an eye for product design that drives new features and business growth.
• Be strategic and build a product roadmap and lead customer facing discussions/presentations.
• Be responsible for backlog grooming and resolving product issues.
• Take end to end ownership demonstrating the ability to be autonomous and learn quickly.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Data Scientists and Customer Success Managers for development and delivery of the product

During the process we will begin by exploring the core factors regarding salary and location along with core experience and skills and values alignment. We will then deep dive explore the critical technical competencies we have identified for the role, and then we will deep dive in behavioral competencies.

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers. Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible. Please note, all zoom interviews are recorded.
