Data Analyst - Budapest, Hungary
We are seeking a detailed and skilled HR Data Analyst to join us. In this role you will engage with clients, work with a variety of HR datasets, creating comprehensive reports and providing valuable insights to internal clients. If you have a knack for analytics and a desire to drive strategic decision-making through data, we want to hear from you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with clients to understand business questions, opportunities, or challenges they’re looking to analyse with data.
- Identify required information sources, partner with data owners to access data (as required), query and ingest data (from e.g., Business Objects / Power BI / Workday / Excel), clean and join data (as required), and develop reports to address client needs.
- Quickly re-engage with clients to deliver reports, ensure questions were addressed, and rapidly iterate as needed.
- Train up and become a subject matter expert on our Power BI team, encouraging dashboard adoption with clients.
- Partner with our Power BI Development team to create new dashboards where request volumes are high (i.e., be an advocate for self-service and automation)
- Support data governance (data source definitions, taxonomy) and provide quality assurance / testing for new data sources coming into our environment.

- Strong experience with MS Excel (proficient in formulas and pivot tables).
- Strength in or keen to learn business intelligence tools ( Power BI, Workday and Business Objects).
- You are fluent in English.
- You have permanent Right to Work in Hungary
