Business Analyst /  Project Manager (BA/PM) in Algo Dep - Hungary, Budapest

Primary Responsibilities

The candidate will generally work with the Algo Tech Leads and PM Team to capture and manage various initiatives, primarily using Rally and JIRA. They will:

• Collaborate in tracking the Algo Book Of Work.
• Coordinate among development teams and project management to collect, collate, and track priorities and BoW.
• Work with technology leadership to implement processes to capture information on work items and resources.
• Track and report on the resources working on various parts of the BoW.
• Ensure the transparency needed make to priority decisions among work items, based on updated data.
• Monitor and report on program performance and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program management for Algo.

Skills Required

• Self-motivated and extremely well-organized professional.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders with varying perspectives.
• Ability to identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ability to interact comfortably at multiple levels of the organization.

Skills Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Office Suite, Power Bi, JIRA, and Rally.
• Experience with electronic trading businesses.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience is less important than analytical ability and data management skills.
