Associate Director BizFin - Merchant

Experience: 10+ Years

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business finance function for the Merchant Business- Offline segment. Leading Business partnering, owning P&L (end to end).
  • Engrained with planning, governance, financial control, budgeting, commercial negotiations and performance review aspects of the business
  • Creating the Annual Operating Plan for the business functions and refresh the outlook for the year every quarter by working with products, business, marketing and growth teams
  • Work with the Business team driving sustainable growth for Category. 
  • Creating and reviewing weekly and monthly business review decks and presenting the findings, challenges, action items in the broader forum of business leaders. Able to think Outside In and bring/challenge fresh perspectives in the market.
  • Work with the business and procurement teams for commercial closure and revisions for cost optimization
  • Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, growth results and the business's actual performance compared to the business plans
  • Manage planning, budgeting, MEC reviews and commercial closures for various business expenses

Requirements:

  • CA or MBA from premier institute
  • Experience in similar roles such as business finance, corporate finance
  • Extensive understanding of industry, financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
