Physical Merchandising Program Manager - North America - Telco

Meta is hiring for an experienced Retail Program Manager to support the development of Reality Labs North American telco channel across both our Wearables and Mixed Reality product lines. This role reports directly to the Global Lead for Physical Merchandising and will drive the planning and orchestration of NA display programs across third party retail for specific accounts. The role may also support a variety of other projects that come up to progress the ongoing success of the team's programs as well as drive overarching process development for physical merchandising activities. The program manager is responsible for maintaining the budgeting, planning and production of fixtures and graphics. This involves extensive coordination and negotiation between fixture/graphic companies, internal cross-functional teams as well as external vendor partners, to ensure accurate and on time updates are delivered to stores or to third parties. The role will interface with internal and external resources, third party technical support partners, content creators and channel marketing teams across RL.
