Within Global Response Operations, our Community, Regulatory, and Legal Specialized Enforcement Operations team is focused on protecting and reducing bad experiences for our users, regulators, business, and advertisers through the enforcement of Metaβs policies. We collaborate with teams from across Meta to resolve highly sensitive and complex cases.
We are currently hiring for an experienced individual to lead our Mistake Prevention function with a demonstrated experience thriving in ambiguity, building global strategic relationships across functional boundaries, and driving effective strategy and execution. This is a transformational space with the opportunity to shape future operations and experiences on our platform.
You will be part of a high performance and data-driven team. You will scale our operations by optimizing and automating processes, solving problems, and most importantly, helping to prevent them. This will be a mid size team, operating across three regions, that will partner closely with numerous stakeholders across operations, product, policy, and more.
This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, e.g., child exploitation, graphic violence, pornographic, self-injury and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
