Program Manager, People Data Review

Meta People Group strives to run a great business and ensure that we comply with our regulatory and compliance obligations. Meta is seeking a Risk Manager to support our risk assessment and governance, HR compliance incl. People Data Privacy. Our organization is responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Meta People Group’s Compliance Risk Management program. We develop frameworks to ensure people’s compliance is at the center of our people - products, experiences and services, and that we’re complying with our regulatory obligations. We partner with teams across People Group, People Engineering, Employment and Privacy Legal teams to provide assurance of our policies, practices, and processes, and identify gaps; together with our partners we are building an industry-leading people compliance program. The People Data Review Program Manager will join the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance (PRPC) team to work across our key partners to lead risk initiatives to scale our global program. Specifically, the People Data Review Program Manager will be responsible for leading AI for our team ensuring end-to-end assessment of employment and privacy risk in new and novel use cases impacting People Data.
