What you’ll do

Doctolib is looking for a Product Marketing Manager dedicated to Hospital & Medico-social within the Growth & Strategy team in France. You will be in charge of the success of the Hospital & Medico-social market by defining the strategies to maximize growth, retention, satisfaction, usage and follow their implementation. You will be the voice of our 1k healthcare facilities & 50m patient users. You will work with various teams at Doctolib on a day-to-day basis: Product, Sales, Ops, Data, Partnerships, Marketing, Public Affair, etc. including Top Management. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

As cluster lead, you'll be accountable for the satisfaction and growth of the Hospital & Medico-social market, acting as a CEO of the clusters:

  • Build an in-depth understanding of 1) your market including size, competition, trends and 2) your customers including persona (decision maker, end-user), needs, pain points and behaviours 
  • Bring strong convictions on what products are needed to create value and usage and support Product Manager in product discovery, prioritization and delivery
  • Define the most relevant product positioning for your cluster, craft powerful value propositions, define list price policy & pricing and design key sales enablers (demo)
  • Monitor product usage and satisfaction metrics (# online booking, # patient messaging power users, NPS, SES, etc.)  and define and execute strategies to improve adoption & engagement 
  • Monitor business and performance metrics (# clients,% penetration, net & gross MRR, growth profitability, etc.) and define and execute strategies to improve acquisition/upsell & reduce churn

Example of key challenges on your clusters : 

  • Boost patient awareness and well-guide the patient to choose a Medico-social facility 
  • Define the best go-to-market strategy to reach independent & smaller Medico-social groups 
  • Improve value perception among Hospital decision-makers and non end-users of our solution (DG, DSI, Medical staff)
  • Boost the upsell & usage of existing care coordination solutions (Siilo, referral) and prepare the launch of new ones (telexpertise)
  • Boost the upsell & usage of existing digital secretary solutions (planification, check-in, patient messaging, CRM) and prepare the launch of new ones (Phone Assistant)

  • You have previous experience in healthcare and know Hospital and/or medico-social environment (MCO, SMR, EHPAD, MAS, FAM, SAD, etc.)
  • You have 6-8 years of experience 
  • You are fluent in English & French
  • You are experienced in new product launches, product marketing management or go-to-market strategy
  • You are passionate about both our products and our users

  • You can bring together multiple functions to get things done in a fast-moving environment
