Head of Content (x/f/m)

What you’ll do

At Doctolib, we're transforming healthcare through technology, and content plays a vital role in this mission. As Head of Content for France, you'll join the Brand & Content team to lead our content vision and drive impact through storytelling in the French market. Managing a team of 5 talented content specialists, you'll shape how we communicate our innovations and value to 300,000+ healthcare professionals, both users and prospects, across various formats and channels.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and empower a content team that delivers excellence through creativity, data, and user centricity
• Own and evolve Doctolib's content strategy to amplify our brand voice and product value proposition across all touchpoints in France
• Drive strategic content initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end production of diverse content formats - from marketing campaigns to video content, working with both in-house teams and external stakeholders
• Manage and optimize the content team's budget to maximize ROI and operational efficiency
• Establish frameworks to measure content performance and ROI, ensuring cost-effective delivery of impactful content

• Have 7+ years of experience leading content strategy with proven track record in budget management and resource optimization
• Are a passionate storyteller who can translate complex products into compelling narratives across multiple formats
• Demonstrate experience in managing diverse content production, from campaign creation to video production
• Show analytical skills to measure content performance and optimize resource allocation
• Excel at vendor management and have experience working with creative agencies

Now, it would be fantastic if you: 

• Have experience in scaling content operations in high-growth environments
• Bring expertise in content distribution and optimization strategies
• Show familiarity with the healthcare or tech industry
• Are comfortable working in an international environment
