We are seeking a motivated and eager Intern to join our team. The Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to Travel and Car fleet management. 

This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills, develop customer relationship skills, and build a professional network through our external partners

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with assigned tasks and projects, contributing to the team's overall goals.
• Manage, treat and dispatch tickets for Travel and Car fleet (Tickets level 1 and 2)
• Handle supplier relations for travel (Egencia) and the vehicle fleet
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports as needed.
• Potential participation in Hotel and Air contract renegotiations

At this end of this internship, you’ll have :

• Learn and apply new skills and knowledge related to the internship field.
• Shadow and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
