The Opportunity
Join Ogury's dynamic R&D team, comprising ~130 professionals across 18 Squads within 7 Tribes, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers. As the third member of the Program Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Agile practices, enhance cross-team collaboration, and promote data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
